Local Analysys of the Coupled Henon Maps in the Symmetrical Case

Abstract:

The basic properties of a coupled system of two Henon maps are investigated. A symmetry of the set of the periodic points in respect with the main diagonal is proved and a connection with periodic points of the single Henon map is described. The stability and bifurcation analysis of fixed points and twoperiodic orbits is performed. Bibl. 7.
