Abstract:
Analysis of nonlinear electrical circuits in the frequency domain
by the method of balance of derivatives (MBD) allows investigating
steady-state processes in high –frequency circuits having a large
numbers of nonlinear elements. MBD is designed for simulation and
industrial development of powerful analog devices. It is compatible
with modeling programs such as MicroCap, AutoCAD, Microwave Office,
and may be built in as a program module. Examples of the method
application are given.
