In the paper, using a functional differential equation, a class of nonlinear pulse systems is studied, which the systems with the width, frequency, combined, and other modulation belong to. A continuous linear part of a system is assumed to be stable and a static characteristic of pulse element is in the sector and, in addition, is differentiable and monotonic. For this class of systems a new frequency stability criterion is obtained.
